NJROTC hold Indoctrination Camp

During the last week of July 2009 Picayune NJROTC Freshmen were introduced into the unit during a week
long indoctrination camp. During camp they learned about naval terms, uniform regulations, physical training
and drill, and new leadership qualities . At the end of the week an awards ceremony was held for the cadets.
Indoc Camp was a fun experience in which the freshmen learned valuable knowledge and became acquainted
with the unit.

a participation award.
Cadet Lawson and Cadet Whipple receiving the Honor Cadet
Award. Honor Cadet was given to the cadets who showed
leadership, fellowship, and teamwork abilities that stood out
above the rest.
Cadet Varnado and Cadet Hinman receiving the Most Dedication
Award. Most Dedication was given to the cadets who showed
the most dedication during Picayune NJROTC's Indoctration Camp.
