State tournament results
Picayune finished 8th in the 4A state tournament that was held in Amory on May 12-13. The team fired a 36 hole total of 676. Itawamba AHS won the event with a 325. The individual medalist was Chad Ramey ( Itawamba AHS) who shot 69-74-143 (-1). Picayune individual results: Jamal Thompson 82-83-165 (Sr.)

Maroon Tide places 2nd in District All submissions by Russell Mitchell The Division 8-4A golf tournament was held Monday (4/20) at Diamondhead Golf Club. Stone County won the event with a team score of 328. Picayune placed second with a 347. Pearl River Central placed third with a 350. Stone County's Drew Seal was the individual medalist with a round of 79. By virtue of their second place finish, Picayune advances to the state tournament May 12 and 13 at River Birch Golf Club in Amory . Picayune individual results:
