Barry Harper
Background
Barry is a 1977 graduate of Grenada High School where he was an All State selection in football his senior
year. He was chosen to play in the North/South All Star game. He received a football scholarship to Delta State
University (Cleveland, MS) where he was a three (3) year letterman at defensive back.
He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 1981. Barry spent three (3) years as a
management trainee with Hancock Bank from 1981-1984. He joined Dub Herring Ford in 1984 and worked there
until 2002. He is currently the GM of Paw Paw's Campers and Cars in Picayune.
He is married to the former Cindy Herring (formerly of Biloxi, MS).
They have three (3) children: Andy, Ashley, and Anna Kay.
Barry lists Mr. Dub Herring as his mentor.
